Healing begins when we make space for truth, compassion, and culture. This month, and every month, we honor the resilience of BIPOC communities while challenging the silence that too often surrounds mental health. Letโ€™s continue to advocate for equity in care, create safe spaces, and remind each other: you are not alone, and your healing matters.

How Can You Help?
Community-based support plays a critical role in promoting mental health in BIPOC communities by fostering a sense of belonging and solidarity where individuals can share their experiences, seek both formal and informal support, and find comfort in shared historical and cultural values and traditions.
