1. Respect and love start with how you treat you.
• If you respect your own boundaries, others are forced to either respect them too or exit your life.
• If you love yourself out loud — not in a superficial way, but in how you talk to yourself, how you take care of yourself, how you say “no” when needed — you begin to set the tone for every relationship in your life.
2. Don’t negotiate your value to be chosen.
• You can’t shrink, silence, or sacrifice yourself into being respected or loved. That only trains people to use you.
• Real love and real respect don’t come when you bend — they come when you stand in who you are.
3. Start filtering better, not giving more.
• The wrong people will keep taking if you keep giving — especially when they haven’t earned it.
• Start looking at actions more than words. Don’t just ask, “Do they like me?” Ask, “Do they value me in how they show up?”
4. Take your time and watch patterns.
• Most people reveal themselves in time — you don’t need to perform to keep their interest. Watch. Let their consistency (or lack of it) show you the truth.
