Jermaine breaks down one of his favorite warm-up progressions to wake up your glutes before training — because strong, active glutes protect your back, knees, and hips.

✅ Step 1: Front lunge with rotation — basic activation + stability
✅ Step 2: Add a med ball rotation — builds control through movement
✅ Step 3: Add a ViPR Pro — increases resistance + total-body engagement

Why it matters:
Your glutes are your engine. When they’re not firing, your body compensates which can lead to knee and hip pain.
This progression builds strength, balance, and coordination to get everything working together.

Congratulations to Jonas Williams the new Illinois all-time career passing yards record holder. Earlier this season he also claimed the career passing TD record, cementing himself as one of the greatest to ever do it in this state.

Strength is a gift, not just the kind that shows up in numbers, but in the ability to show up at all.

Farmer carries = one of the best core exercises you’re not doing. 💪

Jermaine breaks down three carry variations he uses to build core strength, balance, and total-body control:
1️⃣ Double-arm carry — total-body stability & grip endurance
2️⃣ Single-arm carry — anti-rotation control
3️⃣ Odd carry w/ high knees — balance, coordination, and movement focus

This is what Jermaine calls a vertical core exercise so, instead of lying on your back doing crunches, you’re training your core to stabilize under load while you move.

That’s real-world strength. The kind that transfers to sport, training, and daily life.
