One of the easiest ways to help with knee pain, achy knees, and tight hips, especially before a workout or just to feel better throughout the day.
This stretch opens up the hip flexors and quads while taking pressure off the knees. You can make it even more effective by adding gentle movement like rotating the trunk, extending the front leg to touch your toes, or leaning back slightly to deepen the stretch.
