Last night, the ladies of Mama, Breathe came together… and baby, we didn’t just plan an event; we poured back into ourselves. 🤍

There was laughter, honesty, alignment, and a whole lot of “I needed this.” Because how can we create a space for others to breathe… if we haven’t taken a moment to breathe ourselves?

At 11:37 PM last night, after prenatal care and 41 hrs of labor and delivery support. I welcomed my first baby as a certified doula and the first person he laid eyes on.

I’m always in awe of the power of a woman💕
