Stan is a licensed massage therapist based in Chicago, Illinois. His interest in massage therapy was sparked while training for his first marathon. After running long distances, Stan realized the importance of proper recovery for better results. Discovering the long-term benefits of massage therapy, he pursued it as his dream career.

Stan truly believes that everyone should incorporate massage into their lives to enhance not only physical health but also mental well-being.

He draws on techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Stretching. Additionally, he recently became certified in Prenatal massage.

When not performing massages, Stan can be found running or cycling on Lake Shore and preparing his signature lasagna for friends.
