Hiring Floor Techs ASAP $16/hr – $18/hr + Travel Stipend – Equipment Provided (Work to Own!)

Description:
The Cleaning Solution is a growing janitorial and floor care company in Chicago looking for reliable and skilled Floor Technicians to join our team immediately.
We specialize in floor waxing, stripping, buffing, and grout cleaning TRAINING PROVIDED.
You'll be working at corporate locations with consistent evening and weekend hours.

What We Offer:
$16 - $18/hour starting pay
Travel pay
Work-to-own buffer program (we provide the equipment—you work it off over time!)
Steady jobs with a growing company
Weekly pay
Training provided

Requirements:
ATTENTION TO DETAILS IS MANDATORY WE ARE WORKING WITH A VERY HIGH PROFILE CLIENT
Experience with floor machines a PLUS (we can train the right person)
Ability to work early mornings or late evenings
Dependable transportation
Must be reliable, hardworking, and ready to start ASAP
Spanish speaking encouraged
Women encouraged to apply
College students encouraged to apply
This could be long term we have new clients joining in the coming months.
Must have transportation

Part-Time Janitorial Cleaning – 36 Locations (Chicago)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for part-time janitorial cleaning services across 36 commercial locations throughout Chicago.

🧹 Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Cleaning common areas such as entrances, lobbies, offices, and restrooms

Picking up trash in front of buildings

Moving a 3-cubic yard garbage dumpster (must be physically capable)

Using a floor buffer – experience required (higher pay if you bring your own buffer)

🕓 Schedule:
Monday – Friday
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

💰 Pay:
$17 per hour + gas allowance
Additional pay available if you bring your own floor buffer

📍 Must be reliable and able to commute between multiple Chicago locations.
