As a practitioner, I’ve seen how powerful it is when care is well rounded. When movement, bodywork, energy, education, and rest can exist in conversation with each other.

Now as we expand our care, I’m looking to bring in aligned beauty and wellness practitioners who want to care for our community with intention. People who believe that healing works best when we collaborate. When we listen. When we meet people where they are.

It’s about building a collective that can truly support our clients physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and affirming.

It can help with things like daily stress, anxiety, burnout, trouble sleeping, emotional heaviness, feeling “stuck,” and just that overall need to exhale. It’s subtle, grounding, and deeply supportive. The kind of care that meets you where you are and helps your body remember how to settle.

❤️‍🔥 What started as a cute Saturday Pilates class turned into a full blown wellness festival + community moment. With warm cafecito in hand, Bad Bunny in the background, stretch sessions + vitamin shots happening in the corner, someone getting their hair braided, someone else getting a tox consult, and everyone just… showing up for themselves.

This is what wellness looks like when we shape it: communal, joyful, a little chaotic, and full of people who believe in taking care of themselves so they can take care of their communities.

🩵 We’re expanding our Inner Sol community!

🌹 I am constantly reminded how the Chicago Latine community is so incredible every single day. I met Judy at a Sin Titulo event and we hit it off as two former Tejanas! She’s one of those people that makes you immediately feel like you’ve known her for years. And she has been such a huge support to me in all things Inner Sol Studio (concocting ways to activate the space for you all 🩵)! So NATURALLY it was a no brainer that she become a part of our community ☺️

Introducing Yoga on Mondays at 6:00 PM with Judy, a space to breathe, slow down, and find balance through movement.

Come flow with us, reconnect with your body, and maybe even meet her pup Milo 🐾

🌹 As our communities navigate fear, grief, and uncertainty in Chicago right now, and I wanted to hold Fotos y Recuerdos as a safe and grounding space and a moment to honor our ancestors, our loved ones, and each other.

🌹 Leading up to Día de Mu***os, we want to gather in remembrance and resistance to share stories and remind one another that our spirits and our people are not erased or forgotten.

🌹 And in light of the current challenges facing our immigrant communities, part of the proceeds will be donated to immigrant rights organizations, and mental health resources will be available on site to support those navigating grief, fear, or uncertainty. We also take this moment to uplift and support Latine owned businesses, the heartbeat of our neighborhoods.

🩵 In light of everything happening in Chicago and the pain being felt across our communities, this offering is a space to pause, breathe, and feel a sense of safety in your body and mind.

🌹 Tomorrow I designated some time in my day for you to rest and regulate with body + ear acupuncture at an accessible sliding scale rate ($35 / $45 / $55).

My practice is for the people, for collective care, resilience, and remembering that we are not alone.
