We begin the evening with guided somatic breathwork to help you ground into your body, release built-up tension, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. From there, we flow into an ecstatic dance journey—an open, judgment-free space where there are no steps to follow and no expectations. Move however your body feels called as the music guides you through waves of release, celebration, and empowerment. Ecstatic dance helps release stored stress and emotions, increases circulation and energy flow, boosts endorphins, and invites deeper self-expression and embodiment.
From this activated and open state, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive Gong Wash Sound Bath Meditation. Surrounded by the powerful vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, flutes, chimes, and other harmonic instruments, your brainwaves begin to slow as your body enters a deeply restorative state. These therapeutic frequencies help calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, release emotional tension, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
