To myself

The beating drums are quiet now

I can hear my feelings today
What was numb has thawed
What was braced is released

My thoughts you ask?
They are coming from the inside now

Reflective of myself

I am still

Elizabeth believes in honoring the different lived experiences of her clients; she collaborates with them to help them listen to their authentic voice, strengthen communication in their relationships, and take actions that align with their values. Elizabeth’s work as a professional actor and acting teacher has given her the ability to understand the dialectic on a deep level, utilizing this understanding to help couples and families find balance, manage emotions, and increase communication skills. Elizabeth works from an existential perspective, centering meaning making as a pathway towards managing the stressors of our current times, as well as past experiences.
