Dr Dionisio will officially be leaving the practice as of 7/2/2021 after serving the southwest side of Chicago community for 10 years. He is moving back to Ohio to be closer to family. His practice will be taken over by a new physician, Dr. Alex Shaw. Dr. Alex Shaw will start seeing patients 7/26/21 in the office. He is fluent in Spanish and has worked in the office with the staff and many of our patients in past years during holiday and summer breaks from school. He is an exciting addition to the office and we are happy to have him start caring for you and your families. Dr. Charles Shaw will still be seeing patients as usual and will answer any questions for Dr. Dioniso's patients until Dr. Alex Shaw begins.
