As we age, the fat compartments that give our face a youthful glow start to descend. As these shift down, a V-form appears. Restoring these deep fat pads along the periosteum changes how the superficial fat pads reflect light. This treatment is just the first step toward facial volume restoration and can be followed with PRG to restore the delicate tear trough area.

Many of our more mature patients hesitate when it comes to lip filler. The fear of “duck lips” or an overly noticeable result often holds them back. But at the same time, what our patients often notice is that the first signs of aging actually tend to show around the lips, in the form of fine “smoker lines,” even for those who have never smoked.

Our approach here combined two treatments:
💉 a subtle lip flip with a Tox
💉a touch of filler for gentle volume and hydration

We can’t even put into words how delighted our patient was with the result because the goal of natural, soft lips was achieved without any heaviness or overfilled look.

What truly stands out is how the entire expression changes. Thin lips can sometimes give the face a harsher or more serious appearance, while restoring soft, fuller lips instantly brings back warmth and kindness to the overall look.
