We’re excited to announce an exclusive opportunity for MWD alumni to join our team at an upcoming professional conference! This is your chance to gain exposure to mentorship practices, build your network, and grow your leadership skills alongside the MWD team.

Eligibility:
✅ Must be an alumni of an MWD program(s)
✅ Have not previously traveled with MWD for a conference
✅ Interested in expanding knowledge of mentorship and networking
✅ Able to travel and commit to the full conference timeframe (Feb. 3rd, 2026 to Feb. 6th, 2026)
✅ Must be 18 y.o of age & older

🌟 What a summer! 🌟

This summer, we proudly wrapped up three impactful programs—Discovering Healthcare Careers (DHC), One Summer Chicago (OSC), and the Community Health in Action Mentorship Program (CHAMP)—serving over 125 students from high school to graduate school.

From shadowing in healthcare departments 👩‍⚕️, to contributing to departmental projects 📝, to exploring the many pillars of Lurie Children’s 🏥—our students spent six weeks immersed in hands-on learning, professional growth, and career exploration.

💙 Thank you to all our amazing students, mentors, and staff for making this summer unforgettable. Here’s to the next generation of healthcare leaders! ✨
