Do you feel like no matter how many times you try,

The greatest responsibility of professionals in the wellness field — trainers, nutritionists, kinesiologists, doctors — is to help people change their habits.

It’s not about telling people they can keep drinking, keep eating chocolate, keep eating pizza. No. It’s about teaching them how to deal with those things the right way, while transforming their habits.

Changing habits is the core duty of every true trainer.

And yet, today you see trainers telling people, “It’s okay, keep eating sugar, keep eating chocolate, it’s no problem.”
