Back by popular demand, Jenni’s hip opening workshop! Strong hips not only make us feel empowered because we can go where we want. They also allow us to stay where we choose with comfort. This movement practice incorporates traditional yoga poses and mobility work for strengthening, as well as juicy stretches that bring us home to rest in our own bodies. Modifications and variations offered, but this is not a gentle practice.

Guest instructor Maura will guide you into a grounded and relaxed state with cozy restorative postures, supportive props, ambient music and organic essential oils (optional).
Once the body and mind have released tension, a blissful traditional Yoga Nidra Meditation will follow.

1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep. Other benefits include increased concentration and stimulating positive change in your life.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your space. Dress in cozy, comfortable layers. All other props provided. No prior Yoga or meditation experience needed. Ages 18+
