🧘♂️ Behind the Scenes of Owning A Yoga Studio & Other Small Businesses 🧘♂️
Running a yoga studio means stepping up wherever you’re needed — on or off the mat. This week, Andrew, the other half of our businesses, is subbing and teaching extra classes to keep our schedule flowing smoothly this week.
We know you missed him as he reduced his schedule the past week or so due to health issues and he finally got some answers... Herniated Disc...he does have the onset of osteoarthritis but nothing to worry about right now and this will be monitored as time goes on per doctor. For now it's just meds and physical therapy and... His classes at the studio.
As small business owners, we wear many hats: teacher, front desk, operations and sometimes tech support when the speakers decide not to cooperate. 😉
Owning a business means making tough calls, showing up anyway, and doing what needs to get done—even when your health stages a coup. So come show Andrew some love in all these classes this week...and check out his cool new hair cut and color that is all the buzz...literally haha. And experience his incredible energy and magic firsthand.
On a serious note we are forever grateful for our community who shows up and supports us through it all. We are still going through all the applications for instructors in our studio to broaden the schedule and the sub list.
