Burn It Down is our music-driven strength and conditioning class where every exercise is performed together to the rhythm of the music.
Each song becomes a challenge. One movement, one beat, one room moving together. Consisting of squats, jumping jacks, resistance band work, bridges and core exercises are performed for the full length of a song, building muscular endurance and serious heat.
The workout builds intensity as the playlist progresses, combining cardio bursts, strength training and core work for a full-body burn.
We close the class with a powerful heart-opening sequence inspired by Kundalini practice. This final moment allows the body to release tension and emotion after the intensity of the workout. Many people find it unexpectedly powerful.
Expect sweat, energy and a room moving together with the one and only (your favorite British instructor).
