New to the Irving Park neighborhood and growing fast. 🔥

Our class schedule at 4001 N Elston is expanding every week as new instructors come on board, so to celebrate, we’re offering FREE classes for the rest of January at our new location only!

Come try a class (or three or all), get a feel for the space and be part of what we’re building. More classes and more instructors coming soon so stay tuned.

Whether you’re into yoga, strength, sweat or trying something totally new, this is the perfect way to check us out before committing. Come move, meet your neighbors and see what we’re doing here.

You can also book into classes by using the free MindBody App. Our website defaults to our original Montrose site so please make sure you click IT'S LIT STUDIO YOGA + FITNESS in the drop down menu for the location to see all the classes at Elston. If you want to try out the Montrose location too and you haven't before, then feel free to purchase the 2 WEEK ALL-ACCESS PASS for $49 and you can check out classes at Montrose and we will extend your pass for Elston through 1st full week of February.

We’re growing...and we’re hiring for our 4001 N Elston Ave location.

It’s Lit Studio Yoga + Fitness is an LGBTQ+-owned, community-driven studio and we’re looking to connect with experienced, reliable instructors and a front desk / intern to join our team. If you love teaching, connecting with people, and being part of a supportive, welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Open roles:
• Yoga Instructors (all styles)
• Sound Bath / Bowl Instructor
• Group Fitness Instructors
• Mat Pilates Instructor
• Spin Instructor
• Front Desk / Intern

Instructor roles are independent contractor (1099) positions.
Front Desk / Intern is an employee position.

Studio perks include:
• Complimentary access to any classes at both studio locations
• A complimentary guest pass for a loved one to join you

Due to the high demand for tonight’s Let That Sh*t Go Flow, we’ll be holding class at our new Elston location this evening so we can comfortably accommodate everyone.

Same class. Same time. Just a roomier space with more breathing room for all that need to let s**t go!

If you were registered at our original location, you’re all set—no action needed on your end. Just head to the Elston studio tonight (4001 N ELSTON), literally just an 8 minute walk from Montrose location—plus the weather is nice!  🙂

Thank you for showing up so fully and for helping us grow into these new spaces with you. We can’t wait to flow together.

Yasssssss! New Logo!!!!! Light & Dark vibes for whatever it'll go on. For now the light one is being used at our new 4001 N Elston Ave location on the windows and signs as the dark version would attract too much sun... Yes our OG studio on Montrose will get updated windows as well!!!!!

All hoodies and shirts with old logo will be 50% OFF now (and clearly will turn into collector's items hahahaha).

That's right....this Saturday (the 13th) on top off our regular FREE yoga class at 9:00am we will also have a FREE fitness class at 10:30am.

WHY?  Well we are expanding and with that expansion comes sound proofing since we will be adding more fitness and even SPIN classes to our schedule later this Autumn. We need a full class for the IT'S LIT HIIT (it's one of our loudest classes--so want a full house to help make it as loud as possible so we can test sound barriers and whatnot).  For the help in testing this we are giving this class away FREE for this Saturday only and all of you with unlimited packages will have your packages extended 1 extra day if you attend!

YOU NEED TO SIGN UP AHEAD OF TIME AS CLASS CAPACITY FOR THE HIIT CLASS IS 15 PEOPLE.

Plus you get to spend time with Andrew!!!!  Your favorite British gay best friend, right??!  He's also Co-Owner & Co-Founder of It's Lit Studio Yoga & Fitness and The Scent Queens Candle Co.
