Today I received this beautiful arrangement from a patient who shared that the SI Fusion surgery I performed helped them return to the life they love. Moments like this are a powerful reminder of why I do what I do.

It’s an incredible privilege to care for people during some of their most difficult moments and to play a role—however small—in their recovery and return to wellness. I’m deeply grateful for the trust my patients place in me and for the opportunity to help them move forward. https://wix.to/JZXcPvM

🌟 Dr. McNally at the Weiss Health Fair: Prevention First! 🌟

Dr. McNally had the opportunity to present at the Weiss Health Fair, where the focus was on osteoporosis awareness and prevention. His talk covered kyphoplasty, a highly effective procedure for treating spinal fractures caused by osteoporosis.

But his key message? Listen to the other doctors! Prevention is always the best approach—by taking steps to strengthen your bones now, you can avoid fractures and hopefully never need to see him in the OR.

Fun fact: The first kyphoplasty ever performed in Chicago happened right at Weiss Hospital, with Dr. Frank Phillips performing the surgery—and Dr. McNally alongside him as his resident. Dr. Phillips had been trained by the inventor of kyphoplasty himself, making this a pivotal moment in bringing the procedure to the city. Weiss Hospital has been part of kyphoplasty history from the very beginning, and today, Dr. McNally continues to help patients with this procedure—but he’d rather you never need it.

A big thank you to Weiss Hospital for hosting this important event and to all the healthcare professionals dedicated to keeping our community healthy. Stay strong, stay informed, and take care of your spine!
