Happy Halloween!
It's OK not to be OK. When we try to swallow down our emotions and problems it can lead to increased anxiety, fear, anger, and withdrawal from relationships to name a few. The first step is admitting you're not OK, the second is to talk to a counselor who can assure you, you are not alone, weak, or shameful.
