πŸ₯³ New video is up on YouTube.

I've never been much of a push up fan, and many times too lazy to get over to the weights in my workout room. Instead, I love using these arm exercises to strengthen and tone. I keep my arms moving the whole five minutes. I challenge you to see how your arms feel with just a few minutes of time. πŸ’ͺ

And if you've been behind your Facebook screen for more than 30 minutes , do your body a favor, and move those arms! 🀩

A short but highly effective arm series to improve shoulder and arm muscle tone. No accessories needed.

πŸ‘‹πŸΌ everyone!

One of my 2020 goals was to make my content more available for my clients, both current and future! With just a few weeks left of the year, I'm happy to say I got this going!

I filmed three videos: one lengthier tutorial on your core. How to find it, use it, and practice it! Two other videos are for hip strengthening.

I'm excited to show everyone what my own Pilates / strengthening style is. I'm proud of my years of training in so many exercise methods to procure my own movement style!

Check it out. Ask questions. Show your friends. ✌🏻

2020 has changed so much for so many.

* Gourmet restaurant eating is now packaged up in containers to eat at home

* Dressy attire and high heeled shoes has transitioned to sweat pants and slippers

* Sitting around the table with family is now logging in to a shared Zoom meeting

How has my transition to being my own small business changed?

* I can cater Pilates to each individual by choosing appropriate length of session (usually 30-45 minutes), frequency (1-3 times per week), and style

* I create my own virtual classes featuring my favorite moves from Pilates, Physical Therapy, Tabata, Barre, Kickboxing, and more

* I get to connect with people near and far, of all ages and exercise experience. Even though I physically am not near my clients, I feel a sense of closeness with so many that i never had before

So I’ll jump on the Small Business Saturday Bandwagon and parade around virtually for you all to see! Support your favorite fitness leaders to keep you and us staying strong

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

Creating an Exercise Program that works for You

I created my program to fill the gap in injury prevention and care. The standard way of treating chronic pain includes many expensive doctor visits and rounds of physical therapy. Don’t get me wrong - PT really works- but you need to change your daily habits to make real change. I created my own concierge service to provide personalized postural analysis, ergonomic consulting, and specialized exercise prescriptions. There is no specific mold, rather everybody represents a different set of needs and will be treated accordingly. My commitment to you is to get you better faster with fewer visits than traditional physical therapy. You'll receive focused, high-quality health care that you can't find anywhere else. Whether you need one examination appointment or a regular exercise program, I am excited to help.

How do I envision this working for you?

  • EVALUATE. We will discuss your injury history and decide the best treatment approach. This starts with a simple 100% free of charge facebook message or email. Ask anything!

  • TREAT. This is where I differ from traditional care. There are no rules here. Examples include specialized in-home exercise sessions, a home exercise program that is emailed to you, a 30 minute telehealth call to practice stretches and learn about your injury, etc. I will never force unnecessary treatment time on any client. I believe that everyone is unique in their learning style, and you should have a say on how you want your treatment.
