It’s summertime in Melbourne!

I believe in evidence-based medicine.
There’s a lot of noise out there telling you to buy supplements, boosters, and quick fixes.
The truth is less exciting- but far more powerful:
Eat real food. Move your body. Strength train.
Sleep. Repeat!

Tennis to me is like life. You can have the best team around you and you can be incredibly gifted, but at the end of the day YOU have to win that match. You have to seal the deal. You have to fight hard for every single point. And yes, while you are aiming to beat your opponent, you can also be respectful and not step on anybody’s shoes to get to the top. The game of tennis got me through some very difficult times in my life because I identify with how it really is a solo sport and a sport where you have to be strong, believe in yourself & never give up!
