What are some of the things you enjoy this tome of year?

I would like to plan a garden with herbs. This will help me add healthy veggies and herbs to my meals and get some homework done to in clinical aromatherapy and herbal courses I’m taking now.

Happy Saturday!

This week I completed a week-long online herbal conference. It was very eye-opening listening to speakers talk about herbs and their benefits.

A lot of us use herbs in everyday cooking without realizing their importance to our health, like cayenne pepper, cinnamon, cilantro, oregano, thyme, to name a few. In 2022, I visited Baker Creek Lavender farm in UT for a class retreat. It was great to see the owner distill the lavender plant to make lavender essential oil. This was my very first essential oil, which I received as a gift in a 2015 conference. You never forget your first. 🥰
