Earlier this month the Transplant Center gathered in celebration at Brookfield Zoo! It was a gorgeous day and it was so wonderful to see so many families OUTSIDE of the walls of Lurie Children's! Special thanks to NORA Nationwide Organ Recovery Transport Alliance for bringing one of their magical vehicles that transports many of our organs at the time of transplant!

Shirts are $20 and come in adult sizes S-XXL

Proceeds benefit the Transplant Family Fund.

Reminder! T shirt submissions due tomorrow!!

National Donate Life Month is quickly approaching, and we need to get our shirt design completed. This year the theme presented by Donate Life America is “Let Life Sing”. Birds are known across many cultures as one of the most welcomed and visible signs of spring. They represent both new beginnings and visits from loved ones who have passed away. The yearly return of birds and their songs offer us a sense of peace and hope.

Isn’t this beautiful?

Now all we need is someone to design our shirt and who better than our transplant patients! The shirt should go along with the theme in some capacity. Design submissions will receive a free shirt.
