Mentally I’m still at the halftime from last night but I promised y’all a recipe SOOOO let’s make a gut healing chia pudding that tastes AMAZING and takes 5 minutes 🩵 high fiber & protein

1/2 cup of oats
6 tablespoons of Chia seeds
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla bean
dash of salt
1 teaspoon of blue spirulina
1 serving vanilla protein & collage code TPW
Top with & berries 🫐

If you can’t tell, I’m really really really excited about this. I have been dreaming up a community for YEARS and full transparency tried to launch this last year. I just know this is the moment we need it most and feel so called to bring this into the world now.

When you are healing, you need people in your circle who can lift you up and support you.
It is so hard to be healthy in a society that doesn’t value health and on top of it, there’s so much wellness noise that it’s becoming overwhelming.

My goal is to support you and help you clear out all the noise so your health can be something you don’t have to fixate or stress about but rather something that just comes naturally to you because you have the foundations in place.

We will get into all things gut and hormone health.
