Some carry pain they never speak about, battles they fight in silence, and emotions they’ve learned to bury just to survive. It humbles me, because it means I will never fully know what someone is going through just by looking at them. So I choose softness, I choose patience, I choose kindness—because behind every calm face could be a storm they’re trying their hardest not to let the world see.
