We remain fully open and are still very eager and excited to meet and serve our families until we close at the end of July 2024. We wanted to give advance notice so that past, present and future clients have the opportunity to visit us and utilize outstanding gift cards.

We will continue to celebrate our space in the upcoming months with fun giveaways and are currently very busy so please book your classes ahead of time to ensure availability.

Although we will be transitioning out of our physical Chicago space, it is not goodbye forever.
Our METTA BABY RECONCEPT will include digital pre and postnatal services and we cannot wait to share what is in store for our next phase of business. Please reach out to Rachel at info@mettababy.com for any further questions!

Hey metta family, Rachel here 👋🏻

I wanted to share an important update from me and my team. As I head into my fifth year of owning metta baby (wow!), I have made the difficult decision not to renew my lease at our Bucktown space and we will close shop mid summer. Many factors played into my decision, but most importantly, I want to fully commit my time and energy to my family in this current season of life.

In the last three years, my husband and I have been blessed with three baby boys (currently 2.5 years + 18-month-old twins) who keep me extremely busy and need me the most in these young stages of life.

When I opened metta baby, it was my dream to create a one-of-a-kind, supportive space for families and babies in the earliest of postpartum stages. Over the last five years, we were given the opportunity to provide a wide variety of services to thousands of Chicagoland families and beyond. My team and I are incredibly humbled and grateful for the relationships and experiences we have garnered through our metta baby community. THANK YOU for the support, countless referrals and trusting our team to cultivate an enriching experience for your families. It has truly been an honor to serve you in our space. Please continue to follow along for updates as we make this transition and make important announcements!
