Let’s talk about red light/infrared therapy. The light actually promotes circulation and healing as well as decreasing inflammation at a cellular level. When you have less inflammation you will experience less pain. When we experience less pain, our body releases the tension in our system allowing for further improvements in circulation and healing I have stopped using heat/cold modalities in my practice and supplement with light therapy instead.

People don’t give enough credit to their own bodies’ ability to heal. You don’t need to live with pain. It’s not part of aging. Listen to your body. It will tell you all the things.

Reach out for more info! Address that pain before it gets worse.

Did you know cupping can help speed your recovery by improving circulation, and decreasing muscle tension. Among its many benefits, It uses negative pressure to relieve pain off the pain receptors which in turn allows your body to heal. I also have 20+experiencing on kinesiotaping the whole body.

I have openings next week for wellness cupping and taping if you want to speed up recovery. You don’t have to be sore for days!! I’m mobile and come to you! Reach out for more info.

A common question I receive pertains to the use of dry needling, a technique that has experienced significant growth in the therapy sector over the past few years. My answer is no. Having explored the possibility of certification, I have found that my approach, which is informed by a deep understanding of skin anatomy, as taught by Kinesioalisontaylor yields effective results without the necessity of dry needling. Although I recognize the merits of dry needling, my focus has been on delving deeper into the anatomy and physiology of pain, including the skin, to optimize the effectiveness of various modalities, including cupping, taping, scraping, and massage. Reach out today. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re curious about wellness benefits of cupping I offer that too. No Md order needed and I come to you!

Does your therapist think outside the box? I've been able to really deep dive into how we feel pain and the best way to decrease it and I'm more effective than ever! No gimmicks. Just good, thorough knowledge of our nervous system in relation to our skin as well as fascial systems. Coupled with thinking outside the box of what we were taught. You don't need to "work through the pain". The techniques I use are gentle and you will feel a difference the first session. Reach out today to see how I can help.

Cupping! Did you know the way therapists use cupping is different than eastern medicine? We use it as a physical modality to decompress skin/fascia. Why is it helpful? When we unstick your skin, not only can that help relieve pain that you’re feeling, it can also improve circulation/lymphatic flow-which is essential for healing. It’s become a regular part of my own self care as well as an imperative tool in my toolbox to get you better!! Reach out today!

I've learned throughout my years as a therapist that you cannot heal properly if you are in pain. Our bodies are capable of so much; we just need to know the hacks. It's not about working through the pain; it's about relieving the pain so your body can do its thing. Since learning these new concepts, focusing on decreasing pain first has helped my patients make more gains than in traditional therapy. Some of them have even avoided imminent surgery (my mom included 😎). Reach out today and get rid of that pain!

I’ve seen so many benefits from the newer techniques I’ve learned through Kinesioalisontaylor that I’m offering a wellness line! Meaning you do not need to be in pain or have a diagnosis to see the benefits of cupping, taping and skin work. I’ve improved my flexibility and performance significantly when I practice yoga using these techniques in the last year (ive practiced yoga for over 8 years) The modalities I use have wonderful effects on your circulatory/lymph system and “unsticks” skin from your fascia to allow for more movement and better muscle activation. If you’ve been curious about cupping, taping or the skin work I provide reach out! Dont ignore what your body is trying to tell you!

Not addressing your pain can lead to further problems down the road. I’ve seen it over and over in my field. The earlier you address that nagging pain, the less likely for future problems. No matter the stage of pain I can help! Tell your friends! Follow my work page!

It’s the skin!!!!! You can do all you can to try to change a joint or muscle but when your skin is tight around it it’s not going to move! All my modalities are based on changing the input to your brain which equals less inflammation and fascia tightening (which causes poor movement patterns) and done with little to no pain (thanks to Kinesioalisontaylor). You will notice the change almost immediately. Most of my patients have had therapy elsewhere and I’m getting great results! Reach out for more info!
