The Vagus nerve passes through fascial areas, including the neck, thorax, and diaphragm. If these areas lose elasticity or adhesions (stickiness) form, this directly affects the functioning of the nerve. Such mechanical impact can block or slow down the signal to the brain, which in turn affects physical condition, anxiety levels, sleep, and mood.
Studies show that fascial manipulations can stimulate vagal tone – an indicator of vagus nerve activity. The higher this tone, the better we respond to stress, the faster we recover, the deeper we breathe, and the easier we concentrate.🌿
“The Face Sculpt” and “The Face lift” - it’s not necessarily just about aesthetics , it is a lot not just about physical, but emotional release and very much needed nervous system reset!🙌
