The school year is around the corner, and now’s the perfect time to set your child up for success—with healthy habits that last all year long. Here are 5 easy ways to keep those smiles shining bright:
Schedule a checkup. Regular visits catch small issues before they become big problems and keep kids from missing valuable class time. 📅📞
Don’t forget the forms. Illinois requires dental exam forms for Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, and 9th grade. We’re happy to help complete these for you! 📝❤️
Make brushing routine. Stock up on toothbrushes, floss, and fluoride toothpaste during your school supply run. Remember: new toothbrush every 3 months (or after being sick). 🪥✨
Pack healthy lunches & snacks. Cheese, yogurt, fruits, and veggies fuel both minds and mouths. Try to limit sugary treats and drinks. 🍎🥪🥕
