Happy birthday to Palabras! This June marks 3 years of serving the community, predominantly the Latino, Spanish- speaking community. The road has been long and at times overwhelmingly stressful but I don’t think I would change being a private practice owner and self- employed speech therapist for anything 🫶🏼

Feliz día del padre a todos los Papás Palabras con quienes tengo el privilegio de trabajar cada semana! Hace 6 meses estaba hablando con otras 2 amigas, también terapeutas con consultorios, sobre la gran participación que los padres latinos de la generación de millennials demuestran. Me hace muy feliz ver tantos papás que me traen a sus hijo/as a sus citas semanales, desafiando los estereotipos de que solo las mamás se encargan de estas citas y tomando un papel activo en el desarrollo de sus hijo/as 🫶🏼
