Training for marathons taught me a lot…

Like how to ignore my body, make dumb mistakes, and think I’m “fine” until mile 18 😅
But also — how to show up, learn, and keep going year after year.

I wasn’t perfect but I always made progress.

It’s the same with coaching.
You’re not supposed to crush it right away.
You just need the courage to face the hard stuff — and someone in your corner who knows the terrain.

If you’re running your own version of a marathon — divorce, rebuilding, finding your edge again — I got you.

We’ll get you back in the race — stronger.

What gets me high?

It’s not the dopamine hit from likes.
It’s when my client started stacking wins.

✅ He stopped feeling like a victim
✅ He faced the pain he’d been avoiding for years
✅ He started leading again — in his life and as a father
✅ He finally saw himself as a man worth respecting

And this all happened in one month.

This is what happens when a man commits, shows up, and gets real support.

If you’re ready to stop spinning in circles and actually move forward after divorce — I made something for you.

👉 Watch the free webinar at the link in my bio — or DM me “CALL” and we’ll talk about what’s possible for you.

🧠 Learning to Set Boundaries Without Guilt

Setting boundaries is not selfish. It is a healthy and essential part of emotional well-being. Still, many people struggle with guilt when they start saying no, expressing limits, or asking for space.

Here is the truth:
✅ Boundaries protect your energy and relationships
✅ They help you show up with intention, not resentment
✅ They are a form of self-respect, not rejection of others

Guilt often shows up when you are doing something new, not something wrong. If you were raised to prioritize others, keep the peace, or avoid conflict, boundary-setting can feel uncomfortable at first.

Therapy can help you unlearn patterns that keep you stuck, understand your emotional needs, and build confidence in expressing them clearly.
You deserve relationships that include your voice too.

How do you start your day feeling like a million bucks?

If you’re waking up with dread that leads right into avoidance, try this instead.

Go walk or run out in nature.

Nature won’t rush you.

It doesn’t nag.

You don’t need a login.

Research is showing that it actually replenishes attention and energy and improves mood.

Healing isn’t always graceful.
Sometimes it looks like sleeping longer than you think you should.
It sounds like a shaky “no” that makes your stomach twist.
It means crying in your car before stepping into the next task.
It feels like everything’s getting harder before it gets better.

But that doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re feeling.
It means you’re finally tending to what you used to push past.

Healing isn’t linear. It’s deeply human.
Give yourself grace. Reach out today if you need help.
You’re not going backward. You’re just beginning to move differently.

Fatherhood after divorce can feel like uncharted territory.

You’re still showing up for your kids, but maybe not in the way you imagined.
The routines are different. The house is quieter.
And some days, the grief hits harder than you'd expect.

Divorced dads often carry a heavy emotional load:
Worry about being a “good enough” parent.
Guilt about what their children are going through.
Pressure to stay strong and keep it all together.

But here’s the truth: you don’t have to do it alone.
You’re allowed to have questions.
You’re allowed to feel heartbroken and hopeful.
You’re allowed to rebuild, one connection at a time.

Your presence matters more than perfection ever could.

Are you always the one who reaches out, apologizes first, or makes the effort to stay connected?

If it feels like you’re in a one-sided relationship, that feeling matters. Healthy relationships are built on mutual care, not one person carrying all the weight.

It’s okay to expect reciprocity. You deserve it.

Life is full of ups and downs. Things change—relationships shift, we fall in love, we experience joy, and sometimes, we get hurt. Even our daily routines—like sleep, diet, and relationships—can be affected.

It’s easy for mental health struggles to creep up on us without warning. Arguments with your partner, snapping at loved ones, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and loneliness you can’t fully explain. If you’re noticing these signs, it’s okay. Your mind and body are signaling that it’s time to seek support. Therapy can help you regain balance and find peace again. Don’t wait—taking that first step is one of the most powerful acts of self-care you can make.

More than a podcast…

It’s a friendship.

It’s a three brothers from different mothers growing together, challenging each other every week to raise our standards, be better parents, better partners, better coaches.

If you ever had a dream of putting yourself out there, finding your voice, sharing your strong opinions, or just giving yourself a chance to learn through conversations, think about creating your own podcast.

That’s my two cents. Check out the Nice Guy Show wherever you consume podcasts.

Many men stay in unhappy marriages because they fear what’s next—loneliness, financial strain, or being a ‘bad guy.’ But staying in a relationship that no longer serves you isn’t noble—it’s self-sabotage. Coaching for men can help you explore your options with clarity and confidence.

Have you been taught that being nice will make your relationship last? The truth is, relationships need more than just ‘niceness’—they need honesty, boundaries, and emotional depth. Stop people-pleasing and start showing up as your authentic self.

Divorce isn’t just about signing papers—it’s about grieving the life you thought you’d have. Many men don’t realize they need to process this loss before they can truly move forward. You don’t have to do it alone.
