The Fall Season often marks the onset of w**d pollination and the reappearance of allergy symptoms. The most common w**d plants that produce pollen allergens that can trigger your allergy symptoms include Ragw**d, English plantain, lamb’s quarter, pigw**d, Russian thistle, yellow dock, sorrel, firebush, cocklebur, and marsh elder.

This season also brings up Mold spore counts with falling leaves and dying plants, as they tend to rise dramatically in the fall. Molds thrive in the decomposing plant matter, and their spores float into the air. Be careful while gardening in mulch or dirt, farming, or hiking in the woods cause these can also increase exposure to mold spores this time of year.
