Are jam-packed days leaving you constantly on edge? Your nervous system needs a reset.

Here are quick and simple tools that anyone can use, kids included!

Blast your favorite playlist - pick your favorite songs and tune everything else out 🔆

Power nap - grab 20 minutes for the most effective pick-me-up 🔆

Sing or hum for 5+ minutes - allow the larynx to activate the vagus nerve, bringing on a reset 🔆

Get your heart pumping - choose jumping jacks, push-ups, a quick run…whatever leaves you out of breath🔆

Take a cold shower - release relaxing hormones and neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, serotonin, cortisol, norepinephrine, and β-endorphins 🔆
