The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified processed meat (many of which contain nitrite/nitrate curing agents) as carcinogenic to humans.

Excess sodium phosphate—especially from processed foods—can raise blood phosphate levels, leading to acute kidney injury or worsening chronic kidney disease by promoting calcium-phosphate deposits in the kidneys. Elevated phosphate also contributes to vascular calcification and heart disease, increasing the risk of hypertension, heart failure, and cardiovascular mortality

We attend work seminars, team outings, leadership and professional retreats but often forget to invest in our marriages, when marriage is more important than any of those things listed above. We are either drifting towards isolation, or moving towards oneness. Wherever you are, always remember there is HOPE. Thank God for the "weekend to remember" conference for reminding us how important it is to put our marriage first and leave a legacy for others to follow.
