We Live And Believe’s nonprofit initiative is dedicated to empowering underserved communities, with a special focus on uplifting black and brown women and girls, through accessible fitness, nutrition, and wellness workshops. Our mission is to cultivate self-confidence, promote healthier lives, and make dreams achievable for all. Committed to addressing the unique needs of black and brown women and girls, we strive to bring inclusive wellness events to underserved areas, offering them at no or low cost. Through daily wellness tools, we aim to provide essential resources that enable individuals, especially those in marginalized communities, to authentically live their best lives.

Last Saturday, We Live and Believe Movement had the joy along side to be a part of the Spend in the Black event on the historic 75th & King Drive.

This celebration of Black-owned businesses was more than a market it was a reminder of the power of community, culture, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported, and signed up to be part of our growing movement. We see you. We honor you. And we can’t wait to build with you.

The mind is powerful and a strong body with weak mind is not an optimal combination.

Make sure you strive for a strong mind AND a strong body. Train your mind by gaining more information, practicing affirmations, positive thinking, and try therapy. It’s daily work but it’s worth it.

The mind is a powerful. The mind is just like a muscle - the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand. The mind has a powerful way of attracting things that are in harmony with it, good and bad. So train your mind to think positively. Negative thoughts will come so Delete/Replace any negative thoughts with positive ones.

Keep your mindset strong, your heart pure, your intentions kind, and your dreams big!
