It’s always inspiring to see how collaboration across specialties—orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, and physical therapy—can truly transform patient care. By working together, we’re able to look at the body as a whole, address root causes, and support long-term, functional outcomes.

Teamwork like this is how we elevate health and healing—one breath, one posture, and one smile at a time.

Did you know that chiropractic care and cranial therapy can help support orthodontic treatment and jaw expansion?

🦴 Chiropractic adjustments help relieve tension in the cranium, the neck and spine.
🧠 Cranial therapy focuses on the bones of the skull and can enhance the movement of the jaw, supporting optimal expansion and balance.

🦷 Chew on this! 🦷

In today's world, food has become softer and easier to eat, but did you know that chewing hard food plays a vital role in your child's jaw development? 💪

Chewing tough, fibrous foods helps stimulate the muscles in the jaw, promoting proper growth and alignment. This is especially important for kids, as it encourages strong, healthy jaws and can even impact overall dental health!

👉 Tip for parents: Add at least 1 hard snack to your child's meals each day! Think apple slices, raw veggies, or whole-grain crackers. These foods provide the right kind of challenge for their developing jaw muscles and can support better oral posture in the long run.

Let's help our little ones grow strong jaws with every bite! 🍏🥕

Is your child experiencing bed wetting?
Are you waking up frequently to use the bathroom?
Did you know our bladder is supposed to hold urine for the entire night?
When breathing repeatedly stops during sleep, the brain is compelled to work harder to draw in oxygen. It also slacks off on controlling other bodily functions, including urinary hormone secretion, arousal response, and bladder pressure. Aside from the fact that obstructed breathing affects the bladder’s ability to hold urine, the stress associated with this situation triggers the release of sodium ions and hormones that increase urine production.
Find out more about how you or your child can have a restful night of sleep!
