We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments at our office in Živinice. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with accuracy in handling payments and invoices.
Requirements:
•Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
•Degree in Law or Economics (preferred)
•Previous experience in administration or HR (preferred)
•Basic computer skills
•Ability to work in shifts
•Valid driver’s license and active driving experience
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing and managing payments and invoices, maintaining accurate financial and administrative records, and supporting HR and general office tasks. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
