Meridian of Illinois is a Medicaid health plan provider in Illinois that gives you and your family the care you need and the benefits you deserve. Meridian of Illinois partners with doctors throughout the state. Some of the many benefits of being a Meridian of Illinois member include:
• No copays, deductibles or out-of-pocket costs for covered services
• A large network of pharmacies—including Walgreens—are in-network with Meridian of IL
• No referrals needed to see specialists
• Dental care for adults
• Behavioral health/substance abuse services are covered
• Free routine and non-emergency transportation for health needs
• A nurse advice line for medical guidance and support
• Telehealth—visits with doctors on your phone or computer
• Vision coverage for members under 21

Through Meridian’s Community Connections, you can also connect to a wide range of social services to help you live a better, healthier life including:
