Winds of March Winds of March is a mobile yoga studio offering in-person and virtual yoga, personal training and Reiki Sessions.

Instructor Lisa Stiglich is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who received her training at Yoga Integrated Science (now known as Fitness Integrated Science) in Louisville, Kentucky in 2018. Lisa also became Jumpstart level certified in Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) in 2017. Pricing Information:
8 class pack-$120 (No Expiration)
Weekend pass-$30 (Good for multiple classes in the same weekend)
Single class-$20

I hope everyone is off to a great start to 2024. This year I will be offering group yoga sessions. Group yoga is great idea for bridal parties, class reunions, corporate events and many other small gatherings. Winds of March offers a flat rate of $250 for up to 20 practitioners per 60-minute session. All classes include yoga mats, yoga blocks, towels, cool essential oil infused Savasana cloths, LED candles and inspiring music. Rate includes travel up to 30 miles. You need just supply the space!
