This Thursday join us and for a 90min Tarot Workshop to learn everything you need to know about starting a personal tarot practice.
Looking to let go of imposter syndrome and deepen your connection to your cards? This workshop is for you!

You will learn card meanings through visual storytelling, and several approaches to building a personal tarot practice that will help you better connect to your intuitive voice. You’ll leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of your cards and the confidence to practice tarot daily— everyone can be a tarot reader.

If you have a deck of your own, bring it!! Some decks will be available to share.

Truly the definition of a rainbow unicorn. One of one human. The most fiercely supportive leader. Our guiding light, not only in the ZYG space, but beyond. This human has gotten most of us through some of the toughest, darkest times of our lives. Melissa has cultivated an inclusive, brave space that has allowed all humans that pass through it to grow and change. ZYG would not be standing or the same with you.

RESET your nervous system with a COLD plunge.

Nicole will guide you through breathing and meditation exercises both in and outside of the ice bath, while you join for this community experience where you can push yourself to your limit while improving muscular soreness, and resetting your nervous system.

This experience will include light movement, guided meditation, and the ice bath.
