What an incredible turnout at yesterday’s 340B Action Day rally at Chicago State University—more than 500 community members, caregivers, and advocates came together in support of protecting the 340B program.

We’re grateful to Representative Anna Moeller, Chief Sponsor of HB2371/SA2, and Leader Mattie Hunter, for joining us and recognizing the significance of the 340B program and why the program needs protecting. Their presence underscored the critical role this program plays in ensuring access to care for vulnerable patients.

Offering specialized services in stroke, brain injury and musculoskeletal, neurological and amputation rehabilitation, Schwab has an overall discharge-to-community rate of 74.6%. Its self-sponsored, ACGME-accredited physical medicine and rehabilitation residency program has 15 positions for postgraduate years 2, 3, and 4.

Schwab also offers a unique therapeutic environment featuring six treatment gyms with advanced equipment, primarily private treatment rooms, a warm-water indoor therapeutic pool, and an award-winning therapeutic rooftop garden.
