🚨 Sinai Chicago Awarded $1.1 Million to Expand Gun Violence Prevention Programs! We're proud to announce a major step forward in community safety! With a $1.1M grant from the Cook County Justice Advisory Council, Sinai Chicago will expand its Hospital-Based Violence Intervention Program in South Lawndale, in partnership with New Life Centers.

This funding will support:

To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, Sinai Together, the Multicultural Caregiver Resource Group, brought caregivers and the community together at Mount Sinai Hospital, Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, and Holy Cross Hospital! During their lunch breaks, caregivers enjoyed rounds of Lotería, celebrating culture, connection, and community. Gift baskets were awarded at every game!

Our Story

Offering specialized services in stroke, brain injury and musculoskeletal, neurological and amputation rehabilitation, Schwab has an overall discharge-to-community rate of 74.6%. Its self-sponsored, ACGME-accredited physical medicine and rehabilitation residency program has 15 positions for postgraduate years 2, 3, and 4.

Schwab also offers a unique therapeutic environment featuring six treatment gyms with advanced equipment, primarily private treatment rooms, a warm-water indoor therapeutic pool, and an award-winning therapeutic rooftop garden.
