What an incredible day at RYZE at the Ridge! 🚗💦 We hosted a car wash fundraiser with amazing support from both our Evanston and Ridge communities. Residents and team members came together to make it a fun and meaningful event. Proceeds will go toward a special White Sox outing for our residents—thank you to everyone who made it possible! ⚾ 💜

CALLING ALL ANCILLARY STAFF MEMBERS! 📢

We have an exciting opportunity for YOU! (including housekeeping, activities, laundry, DOCs, security, and receptionists)!

We're offering a chance to go back to school and become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Classes will be on Tuesday and clinical’s on Saturdays.

We have a total of 20 slots for the 8/5/2024 class and 30 slots for the 8/28/2024 class.

At Aperion Care West Ridge, our multi-disciplinary team of caregivers works to develop an individualized plan of care to ensure that your personal, medical, and rehabilitation needs are addressed while you recover and prepare to return home.

Aperion Care West Ridge’s comfortable facility on Chicago’s North Side provides you with a tranquil environment for recovery. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing care, our facility provides therapy up to 7 days per week during your post-hospital care and rehabilitation.

The Behavioral Health program is designed to address the specific needs of those with chronic mental illness in addition to caring for their specific medical needs. Additionally, our facility features daily housekeeping and laundry services, a full service beauty salon, cable TV, WiFi, and a full calendar of activities.
