Self-care is healthcare — especially in winter.

As the light changes and the days get quieter, I’ve been holding onto the rituals that make me feel warm, grounded, and human again. The small things that remind me to come back to myself:

We are slowly getting back to the boutique after the holiday and closing of 2024, the year of intense transition.
