Our 37-year-old patient felt her eyes looked heavy and tired due to excess upper eyelid skin and brow descent.

Her goal was simple: look refreshed, but still like herself. We achieved this with an upper blepharoplasty combined with a browpexy, removing excess skin while subtly elevating the brows for a more open, naturally youthful appearance.
