I believe that the small steps matter and will bring you to the path that you desire. I started my career providing home care appointments. Who remembers this? As the clientele started growing, I was getting more requests and opened up my first office in downtown Chicago. It was just a small suite. Back then, was running the business 100% solo, taking appointments all day, managing the schedule, inventory, marketing, doing laundry, applying and renewing licenses, getting more training and much more. After a year and half of being in that office, I was so busy that I needed help. This was when I hired our first therapist and office assistant. This was just the beginning of long journey. A few months later, my husband and I moved to Charlotte. I started a new business from scratch in Charlotte and I kept the Chicago one by hiring more staff members. A few months later, we found a new home to expand our Chicago location and two year later, we were able to expand our Charlotte location. This has been so amazing to be able to treat all of you and have such a beautiful and strong team keeping this dream alive. Thank you everyone that made a part of this history and believed in us.
