One of our favorite things about group fitness is the ability to spend an hour moving, progressing, and spending time with like-minded people.

Coaches connect with each athlete to meet them where they are, and guide them where they want to go

We have grown more accustomed to staying still. Working from home, spending
more time behind screens than ever.

This year, make an effort to move more. Whether that’s a walk around the neighborhood, working out with a group or simply stretching at home.
