From the outside, people may now assume you're doing fine. They may no longer even ask you about your loss, yet it may still be all-consuming. Remember that there are always other people who want to talk about their own losses and listen to you talk about yours. Even though time has passed, do not hesitate to join or rejoin a support group either online or in person. You may need it now more than in those first weeks when others were encouraging you to talk about your feelings.
