3 AM hits different for a new mom 🤍

Hormones crashing, zero sleep, a quiet house, and a million thoughts at once… it’s the perfect storm for a breakdown. It’s not weakness, it’s overload.

This is the hour where doubt creeps in:
“Am I doing this right?”
“Why can’t I handle this?”

But here’s the truth: she’s not failing, her body and mind just need support.

How do we comfort her?

We Normalize it. We Sit with her. We Remind her she’s not alone.

And if those feelings don’t pass or get heavier, it could be postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety and she deserves real help, not silence.

Bringing this collaboration between Fourth Trimester and Swado to life has been such a full-circle moment. We didn’t just want to create swaddles we wanted to create something that *feels* like support. Something that honors both baby and mama in those tender, life-changing first weeks.

These custom swaddles, made from the softest cotton and bamboo all the way from Taiwan, were designed with purpose gentle on baby’s skin, breathable, and created to hold your little one in comfort while you find your rhythm in this new chapter.

Because at Fourth Trimester, we know it’s never just about the baby it’s about the mother, too. And every detail matters.

So grateful to be building alongside brands that truly align with our mission and heart. This is just the beginning ✨
