🚗 Did you know your Autonomic Nervous System works just like driving a car?

🛑 Parasympathetic = Brake → Rest, Digest, Heal (Occiput–C5 + Sacrum/Coccyx)
⚡ Sympathetic = Gas → Fight or Flight, Energy, Action (C6–L5)
