To learn about the Here to Stay Community Land Trust, attend a 1.5 hour session.

The August sessions are in English and are virtual

Spanish session will be available in early September.
La sesión en español estará disponible a principios de septiembre.

Attending an information session is required as the first step to becoming a qualified buyer.
To count as the first step, participants must have their camera on and stay until the session ends.
No one will be admitted to the session after 5 minutes of the presentation start.

NOTE: If you attended a previous HTS information session, you will need to attend again due to changes with the guidelines to become a qualified buyer.
