“And Like the Phoenix, I Rise”!!! I am a true warrior, for some of you may know since 2001 I had been effected by nocturnal seizures onset at pregnancy🤍
Through the years I have fought with depression, judgment, and acceptance for the journey God has given me! 🤍
I have learned to accept my path and continue to elevate my mind, body, and Spirit through positive affirmations , yoga, meditation, and prayer just to name a few. 🤍
I will continue to rise for this is only a chapter in my life of light. Warrior of the Light🙌🏾✨
