Grief doesn’t just live in the mind—it lives in the body.
Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or past traumatic experiences we haven’t fully processed, what we don’t feel doesn’t disappear… it gets stored.
Unreleased emotions can show up as tension, fatigue, pain, or anxiety. The body begins to express what we avoid.
Healing starts with awareness. With breath. With allowing yourself to feel without judgment.
